Why my auto plant isnt flowering?

Currently @ day 38 still growing few grown white hairs starting from week 5 on nodes no central pistills. still on 18/6 hrs light cycle no signs of defiecency at all

Hi !
Dit gebeurt vaker bij autoflowers, dat ze toch niet zo snel in bloei overgaan, zoals verwacht word.
Heb geduld, je plant ziet er goed uit en is op weg om te gaan bloeien.
Er is niets mis met jouw lichtschema van 18/6.
Elke plant, fotoperiode of autoflower houdt van wat duisternis en heeft dit nodig om goed te kunnen ontwikkelen.

As long as theirs white hairs it'll be flowering, I'd put it into 20/4 light minimum. I do 24/0. No idea why ppl do autos on 18/6

Dead BudThis bud looks bad: Twisted leaves and dark edges, the pistils are all orange and the bud isnt growing anymore, it looks a bit dry.
This situation started suddenly this week and is slowly getting worse every day, none of the other buds seem to have been affected.
Should i cut it?

How close to harvest do you think?How many more weeks before harvest? ILGM website says flowering is 9-12 weeks and I'm just about done with 7 weeks. I don't have great close-up photos of trichomes but when I look at them through a loupe I don't see any amber. Pistils now majority orange.
