Hi, Hope your all well If I'm to do defoliation in the 3rd week of flower but my plants didn't grow at all in the first week due to cold temps, do I still do the defoliation in the 3rd week or leave it till the 4th week? Any advice will be much appreciated Elmobud

Looking at your dairies, I'd say it's safe to go ahead and defoliate on the 3rd week. If your plants didn't grow well on the first week of flower. That means it's had two weeks of good growth correct? If your plant has been growing good for the past 2 week. Its safe to say she's ready to be pruned. Better now than further in flower as well. You don't want to disturb mid to late flower.
