Don't think so or you'd ewe it on more than one leaf. Could be just spillage of nutrients burnt on by magnification of the light

I have 2 issues.
1) Some plants are showing white spots on the leaves (pictures 7*/9*/11*).
2) Some have a dented leave (pictures 8*/10*)
Two plants are also growing very slanted (pictures 4*/5*) and i'm not sure if this could cause a problem.

Why does my bottom leaf have brownish white tip and is cripsy?Was checking leaf temps all over and at the very bottom first 3 point fan leaf that she ever grew I noticed the center leaf crispy at the tip with some light green spots around it. Spotted Leaves – somethings wrong! HELP!(See previous question as well)
The girls are getting worse 😬 Only the bottom leaves seem to be impacted though.
Only thing I've done today is water them (three day since last and they were dry).
