ViparSpectra P600's Brightness (What Percentage should I set it to?)

I have a Viparspectra P600 and my question is that what percentage should i set my light to? Should i follow the instructions or set it higher than it should be? I read some people are setting it to a 100% from the beginning and they keep it that way. Any recommendations?

It's right too, as I'm getting xs2000 next and have read all about these lights which are far superior than 90% of grow lights. Great buy.

The grow space is 80cmx80cmx160cm and keeping in mind that the weather along with the lack of ventilation budget limits my options to colder leds.

5 hr power cut in flowerThis morning my lights come on as they should but then I had a power cut for 5 hrs after the light been on for 1 hr in the morning. I'm 2 weeks into flower on a 12/12 ... Lights Got Stuck On When It Should Have Been DarkI found last night that the timer for my lights got stuck on for close to 8 hours past when it should have been in dark period. Nanners?Can someone verify my latest 2 photos look like nanners? If so, I’d love some insight on why my plants seem to be so light sensitive. Most growers seem to blast their plants with upwards of 200w with little issue. Mine is sitting at 80w 22inches and it seems to be struggling!5 years ago

Firstly, is the reason why my plants (especially cookies) are very slightly curling/folding at the ends of the leaves because the LED is too powerful?(Reason to be worried?)
