Hi, she looks very beautiful. The only way to know to know for sure is by checking trichomes with a microscope and even then it comes down to preference. Peak thc is when they are cloudy. Some people like a more heady high and others like more body stone which would be From more amber trichomes. You stated they were about 2% amber and most people shoot for 20%-40% amber. Also you stated the buds were less potent and less smell but they will be more potent and smell stronger after a proper dry and curing. Either way congratulations on a very beautiful plant. Actually it is enough 11 weeks from seed for modern tier 1 breeders seeds, 3-4 weeks of vegetation and 7-9 weeks for blooming. Also if trichoes are white and frosty you may chop. 💪
