Flowering started on the 35th day. while the pistils go 24/0 until the first pistils show themselves, I continue with a 20/4 loop. they developed extraordinarily. Is late entry into the flower period a problem?

Clueless sweet ZZ auto compost smell since week 6, now week 10Sweet ZZ auto from RQS.
Plant smelled great. Had aphid infestation month ago.
Sweet smell changed to no smell/ compost smell.
Washed aphids off with plain water.
Every fan leaf died. turned yellow/ purple.
Buds still fattening, but weird smell.
Not ready for harvest & no bud rot.

1st Time Growing. Banana Krumble. when is this plant ready to Harvest?8 weeks vegging and now just finished 7th week of Flowering. The plant is taller than me (5ft2). I didnt Crop, LST or anything as learning all about these beautiful plants. I am checking buds constantly and majority of trichomes are milky some still transparent.
