Mid flowering defoliation ?

Hi guys im growin an auto flower in mid flowering ...today i cut off 8 fan leaves that are blocking air and light ..i left those in the main bud ..am i ok or im risking stressing her too much thanks oi dont want a hermie after woe months😂😂😂

It's usually fine to prune fan leaves that are blocking bud sites or could lead to a moisture issue. 8 shouldn't be a big deal unless you are already short on leaves. I usually prune a few leaves here and there throughout flowering. I usually pull off the really low buds that won't get light as soon as they form as well.

Just remember, each healthy green leaf you remove will decrease the amount of energy your plant can produce, meaning slower growth. I am anti defoliation and recommend only removing yellow leaves. Or to put it another way - maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy produced = maximum growth. Hope this helps,...... Organoman.
