I don't think it needs it. Your could skip and be fine.
Maybe some LST to help get the light down in there if your worried.

Personally I wouldn't defoiliate it. She looks great. You could open the branches to let her catch more light if you want.

PruningI'm growing a sweetseeds Red poison autoflower and it's getting quite thick down the bottom. I can't see stems at all it's so bushy.So my question is can I cut out a few leaves here and there for growth,sunlight and airflow without hurting her or just leave her be. ThanksWeek 6

4 leafs who need to leaf, but may they leaf? to leaf or not to leafHallo friends. I have a q. About 4 leafs how are blocking the light of branches under those four leafs. Please see pic: 4 leafs.
