I don't think it needs it. Your could skip and be fine.
Maybe some LST to help get the light down in there if your worried.

Personally I wouldn't defoiliate it. She looks great. You could open the branches to let her catch more light if you want.

Late trimming?To trim or not to trim, that is the question!
As I enter week 10 of my grow the canopy has be come a little crowded with some fan leaves and depriving some bud sights on much needed light. Is it ok at this late stage to clean up the canopy and remove these fan leaves?
