Everybody seems to have different views on this however I personally defoliate mine and have never had a issue as long as they are healthy when you do defoliate and you don't go to mad. I hope this helps 🙏

Any big leaves blocking light from other lower growth could go. Just don't go overboard and be strategic with what you take off.

Defoliate or not yet?The breeder (AutoSeeds) says they work better if you don't LST to much and focus on the main cola. Should I select a few of the large leaves and defoliate them to get more light in the middle. Just don't want to pick the wrong ones. Hope I have enough images to help you help me.

Fan There is a fan built into the light but I can’t see any movement on the plants with it. The others are to small I THINK) for a fan just yet once iv got rid of the bigger one il be separating the two in one pot an placing them in there final grow spot.

Defoliate lower fan leaves on Autoflowering Lemon Haze???Should I defoliate a few fan leaves towards the bottom of the plant? She is very very wide and bushy. I feel like the bottom would produce some large branches and buds if there was more light penetrating. And there are so many leaves tucking only gets so much light through.
