Defoliating autos in flower ?

Everybody seems to have different views on this however I personally defoliate mine and have never had a issue as long as they are healthy when you do defoliate and you don't go to mad.

Any big leaves blocking light from other lower growth could go. Just don't go overboard and be strategic with what you take off.

I'd like to ask to experts about my moby dick xxl auto abnormal growth. He's growing a slower pace than his two siblings (i germined all together) and has this weird but cool looking leaf. Looks like it fusionated 3 leafs. As precedent, it has 3 cotyledons. Look at pictures. TY๐Week 3

During this crucial switch between veg to flowering, plants are unhappy about the $2000 stim check. Must appease them, pls helpSwitched to 12-12 and damn... that preflowering stretch is no joke.
