Defoliating autos in flower ?

Everybody seems to have different views on this however I personally defoliate mine and have never had a issue as long as they are healthy when you do defoliate and you don't go to mad.

Any big leaves blocking light from other lower growth could go. Just don't go overboard and be strategic with what you take off.

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?

Please can you watch this weeks video and tell me what is causing the plants slowed down growth, and brownish/yellowish burns. And the leaves wont pop up to the lights like they used to too :/
Its a 4l pot and im giving it 0,4l every 2 to 3 days, was fine till i started to LST...Week 5

Should I defoliate light-blocking leaves from my NL auto?My NL auto is at D40 and is growing well. She's developing a good lot of cola's with nice bud sites. Up untill now I've been able to tuck the leaves away, but it's getting more difficult to keep all bud sites cleared as she keeps growing. Should I tactically defoliate?6y ago

Regretted ovewatering guy. Still bot enough?Hi peeps, a regretted ovewaterer here. Is It normal to wait 10 days in between waterings? I must say I was out for 5 days while humidity came a little up and temp was around 16°c, now fixed, btw the smallest of the four seems a bit overwatered even with this few. I'm puzzled.1y ago

Mutation mit doppelte Triebe, hatte das schonmal jemand? Und wie entwickelt sie sich weiter? Hoffe mann versteht was ich meine.Hi, in vielen Jahren growen habe ich noch keine solche Mutation gehabt.
