Defoliating autos in flower ?

Hey I wanted to know is it advised to defoliate autoflowers in the middle flowering stage ? To improve airflow around the buds

Everybody seems to have different views on this however I personally defoliate mine and have never had a issue as long as they are healthy when you do defoliate and you don't go to mad. I hope this helps 🙏

Any big leaves blocking light from other lower growth could go. Just don't go overboard and be strategic with what you take off.

Should I be looking at more defoliation on my plants? I am ending the first week of flower and already they seem crazy bushy. I know its not recommended in flower but I feel like I have a lot of fan leaves that may be in the way of bud sites. Let me know if you need more pics.
