She broke earlier, I taped her up .. well tried to.. but looks like this stem is dead/dying..? should I leave it taped and let her try to recover? or just take it off and let it be a another top since I plan on toping on more time anyway??

Did it snap off completely? If so just take it off, they don't usually droop like that if they're gonna live, not from my experience anyway mate. If it wasn't a total snap then leave it for 24 hrs, if it hasn't picked up by then just take it off. Nice tape job though, duct tape?
