Any chance someone could enlighten me on whats going on with my stunted plant? I've been thinking its a sulfur deficiency and am thinking I should use some epsom salts to make up for it.

Don't add anymore nutes........your diary says you are growing in soil, which contains plenty of nutrients to support the plant for a solid month, and if you are adding nutrients on top of that, you could very likely be creating an excess of one or more nutrients which will in turn create a lockout situation. Sulfur is a micro nutrient, and growing in good soil you should never encounter a sulfur deficiency at this stage of growth unless your ph is out of whack. My advice is stop adding nutrients for a week, and make sure your soil ph is 6.5-6.8, and see how she looks after 7 days or so. Happy growing.

I notice that one has some upwards curling from the leaves. what temperature is the air coming into the tent? Looks like temperature stress. Or could be over watering, would give at least 48 hours between watering as drying of soil helps roots seek out water and make them bigger. Also check humidity isn't too high 50-60% is good.. She looks pretty healthy though. I wouldn't worry as you'll probably find after few more weeks she has caught back up to the other ones as usually the case with one lagging. You might want to invest in 2nd light or one with a greater spread as 3 plants under that size light can be a bit of a struggle but later on as they get bigger(if your budget allows). Other than that keep up the good work!
