Flowering Not Occurring

The reason ur plant keeps getting bigger is its in the "stretch" period. That is the phase of growth when the plant transitions into bloom. This stage of growth generally lasts about 2 weeks from the onset of ideal flowering conditions. Some plants a week and a half some deeper sativas I've had even take 3 weeks. How long the transition will take is very strain and environment dependant. But you should be basically done this phase and be seeing flowers atleast within the week. Patience is key when growing cannabis fam! Stay lit 🔥🔥🔥

Give it a few more days and they'll show! Check for light leaks, sometimes they slow things down..
