Temps

Most seeds germinate when the temperature is between 68°F and 86°F. The best temperature during the vegetative stage of growth is 70°F - 78°F, when the lights are on during the “daytime” and no more than 10-15 degrees cooler at “night” with a relative humidity of 45-55%. In the flowering stage, temperatures in the 65- to the 80-degree range are ideal.

For germination of seeds and veg I like 78F day night 72F. In early flower I keep it the same. Last 3 weeks I lower temps few degrees a week. When I finish I like my area to be 73F day and 65F night. I just put an Exotic bean direct in substrate it popped up in 4 days. Side note temps depend on the strains I grow.

I've done it as low 70. 80 is more optimal.
