I would start with quarter strength right now, moving to half strength when there are 8-10 nodes, then full strength when there are 12-15 nodes.

This depends on if you have a lot of water going out of the pots, if you have no water going out, then probably in two weeks you need nutrients, otherwise in 10 days or something. For your grow plan you can start a bit earlier , if you can find one maybe you can use an air dome . Hope this helps ! 🚀
