This problem has continued to get worse over the last few days particularly on the plant shown in the picture which is in the top left of the Nft tray. Air temp 22c lights on, 19 lights off, humidity 45%, water temp is 19c. Looks like over watering to me but any ideas welcome

They don’t seem dry, Thera obviously something they’re not fond of- keep humidity 65% in veg- ec 1.6 max temp 25 degrees Celsius in veg , I would highly recommend using a spray which will help immensely- it’s called Evolution 2.0 by plant magic it’s inexpensive especially for the results you’ll see (£20 for liter or £57 for 5lt bottle) follow the manufacture instructions- I spray mine atleast 30min before lights go on, (you do have the option of spraying them with the lights on as well) twice a week. Hope this helps, happy growing👍🏼

Currently my timer is on 24/7, so you guys reckon that it could be just humidity causing this? I even checked to make sure the table was flooding evenly and it seems it is

hey there , looks like you're too dry actually, you can tell by the wilting and upwards tacoing, try to have the pump on a bit of a schedule with on off like 5 minutes on five minutes off, and try to spray up to six times a day (you can add diluted rhiz once in a while) for the next ten days then less so as you dial in humidity, getting a mister is a great investment. Hope this helps ! 🚀

With the humidity being so low, the plant is probably drinking a lot of water, so it's actually more like underwatering

I'm no expert, since I'm on my first grow. But a few weeks ago I posed a similar question here, and someone told me that my humidity should be at least 65% at this stage. I changed it and my plants responded really well, almost immediately. Good luck!
