Distance of light from seedlings

Lost leaflet the light came with so I need to know what distance the Mars Hydro 300W (item MH-300-60LED) should be away from my seedlings.
Can anyone help pls? I scoured the web but the leaflet is not listed.

It should be 24 inches away from your seedlings. I also left a link to the height recommendations from Mars Hydro.

hey there . So this depends on so many things including your environment . so the perfect distance is really up to you. Try to start at 65 cm, then every day lower it slightly until you are satisfied that the plants are not over stretching. this will give you the perfect distance everytime. Hope this helps ! 🚀

If I'm being perfectly honest... get a better light. MH doesn't even sell these anymore. You can get a 150w for pretty cheap and it'll do a much better job.
The dude below seems to have found the recommendations, but I think that is for the 600w.
Your other option is starting up fairly high and if they start stretching, then move it down bit by bit until they stop stretching.
