Need help on what’s happening to my plant! Thought it was underwatering but nothing changed when I let her dry, and we haven’t been overwatering as we use the same amount of water on another two plants in the same sized pots, and they’re thriving! Please help!!

To me, this plant looks very thirsty. Just because it is receiving the same amount of water etc as the other plants, does not mean that this amount of water is enough for THIS plant, all plants being individuals, even of the same strain and with seeds from the same packet, they all have their OWN individual requirements. Things like being closer to the fan will also affect how much water a plant needs, more wind = more water requirements, and from your pictures, this plant seems closet to the fan, thereby having a higher water requirement. Give this plant a good drink, to run off, and I am sure it will pick up and look much happier in an hour or three. Hope this helps,.......... Organoman.

When plants don't receive enough water, their leaves begin to droop or wilt. Often the edges curl and the leaves turn yellow, too. So it looks like when you were fixing your problem with overwatering, she got too dry.
