As a new grower, you should go with soil as your medium of choice. The main advantage of soil is that it is forgiving and beginner-friendly, and you can still get top-notch quality. Soil is also widely available and relatively inexpensive. My personal choice would be FoxFarm Happy Frog Potting Soil it's perfect and you wouldn't need to feed nutrients for at least the first 3-4 weeks because the soil has enough nutrients in it for the plant to survive on until then.

Yo , really people get way too into this. The very best thing for you, and this will work just fine. Plain water and soil. Just add store bough soil (for flowers) to any pot, put it on your windowsill with enough light. Water with plain water, no run off. See how good your results will be. It's a really overlooked and really high performance technique lol. So simple. Works. the main problem is you'll do this once or twice, get addicted then try to get into the more advance growing, i guarantee it. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Bio buzz light mix and nutes work well for me. id recommend soil grow as its easier to maneuver for a beginner . think it out a couple times before yu do it and whatever seems to be the way yu think about it is the way togo

I would say soil. Coco requires more precision, hydro requires even more than that. You can get super-soil that will grow start to finish, only water required. But I would recommend learning as you grow if you want this to become a rewarding hobby. Having said that, Happy Frog soils are a good place to start and will get your to week 5ish before you need to feed. Then it's a matter of going organic vs synthetic for nutrients. My advise? do a lot of reading and research before you even start. loads of good videos on Youtube, lots of good websites for learning.

I started right off with DWC buckets. I use rapid rooter cubes and hydroton. It's been about as simple as is gets honestly, although most will say to start in soil (NOT miracle gro).
