Correct, 4 phenotypes. A more stretched phenotype would be indicating a more sativa phenotype, which is what haze plants are.
I would advise against any defoliation, removing healthy green leaves for no reason or benefit to the plant, just reduces your plants capacity to produce energy, slowing growth and potentially leading to smaller growth too.
Your plant has evolved to grow her biggest and best flowers. Getting rid of healthy green leaves is not part of this process.
Just remember - Maximum amount of healthy green leaves = maximum energy production = maximum growth and maximum health.
Try to only remove yellow leaves, for by the time they are yellow, they have served their purpose.
I have been growing cannabis for 35+ years and am yet to see a plant that gets rid of her healthy green leaves for any reason.
The supposed reason to uncover "potential bud sites" (branches) is also a flawed theory, those "potential bud sites" (branches) are relying on those leaves to make the energy that they need to grow. There is no way the small "bud leaves" can ever make as much energy as even just one fan leaf.
Besides, in 2-5 days, the small branches will grow out from underneath the leaves anyhow, making leaf removal pointless.
The big fan leaves also act as "storage sites" for vital nutrition (carbs, sugars, amino acids etc) that your plant will draw upon during flowering, as it is far more efficient for her to do so, rather than dividing the energy between flower growth AND making these elements (carbs, sugars, amino acids etc) from new during flowering. Having a ready supply of this nutrition pre-made and stored in the older fan leaves means nearly all energy can be put towards flower growth.
These 2 basic principles are largely not understood by defoliation advocates.
So, not only does removing healthy green leaves reduce your plants capacity to produce energy for growth, it also robs her of a vital resource of pre-made nutrition she has cleverly stored in the older leaves for use during flowering, and this is why the older leaves will go yellow on otherwise healthy and well fed plants during flowering, or "the fade" as some people call it.
Your plants will grow their biggest and best flowers with all healthy green leaves left in place to make the maximum energy that they need to grow their maximum flowers. Some well considered lollipopping pre flowering will reduce the amount of small shitty buds, but if you do lollipop, try to remove the small branches, but leave as many of the leaves growing from the same node in place, to produce just that bit more energy for the plants.
Hope this helps,..........
