How do I go about getting this plant out of this pot

I'm not sure how to get this girl out of this pot to transplant into a bigger pot. I have to flip her to flower soon because I have a very limited grow space.

Plants usually come out of those pots very easily. First I squeeze the sizes of the pot all the way around to loosen it. Then I put my hand flat on top of the soil with the stem between my fingers so I can support as much of the soil as possible. Then flip it upside down with your hand supporting the weight of the soil and use your other hand to lift the pot off.

I would also fill your pots up almost to rim. Be alot easier to transplant and will give more room for roots to grow.

Make sure soil is moist. Hold plant by base close to dirt between fingers while holding some of the soil also, tip over. if needed tap sides of pot. Should come out easy.

I recently bought some bud from a dispo. The strain is from Cookies and is called Willie’s Kush Cake and is 35% THC. I was lucky enough to find a seed in one of the nugs. If it turns out to be a male, can I cross it with a female auto flower and make a new auto flowering strain?

plant flowers at 18/6h I'm also creating a mother room which is on 18/6h where I'm also growing a Bruce Banner III which ALSO started to flower at the same time her sisters did at the 12/12h room. I have more plants in 18/6h and they don't have this problem. What can be the problem ?

Fuck. First week of 12-12 and I almost accidentally top this plant. Broke the stem enough to cause it to bleed on one side. Think it will hold/heal?Accidentally broke one side of this stem while attempting LST through a lattice. My idea was, instead of simply topping, to bend the plant downwards into the lattice to keep it down. Problem I'm trying to solve is plants keep growing too close to lights. Thoughts? ✌️

2 sprouts in the same place, should I prune one?I planted 2 seeds (one already germinated with a taproot and one that had been soaking in water for 72 hours but no taproot) in one spot thinking one would not sprout, but of course they both sprouted.
