Hi there Showmetheway, so short answer is "no" + you did everything basically correctly. As someone with at least some diverse professional experience in this field, let me just tell you that there are precisely zero producers (that i have seen) that will dry as long or as well as you. 13 days with no snap is more than perfect. Basically something like half the potency appears during the drying. After the chop the plant isnt dead for several days, or in your case two weeks, and it's in this time that it will increase the THC levels in the trichomes . So the longer you dry , the better. This also helps preserve the terpenes, or taste molecules. So why even jar the pot? well, say you do less well than you did, and you can only hang dry it 5 or 7 days, you want to keep drying it slow and you slow the process down by jaring it . What you're doing is just bonus at this point, it will help, it will make it better, but you're already 95% of the way there. So to give a more specific answer to your question, you're totally fine to keep it in the jars at 55% , it's falling below 50% that you really dont want, and through burping etc you will eventually fall below it. The curing part is really interesting, but the truth is that the number that matters is the moisture inside the buds not outside, but to measure that you need a 1000 dollar hygrometer, so keep doing what you're doing because it's better than most already ! Hope this helps ! 🚀
