No... neem oil is an organic foliar spray used for pest control. I wouldn’t use it at all unless you’re having some pest issue.

Unless you are having pest issues you don’t need it. If you are then follow the directions closely on how much to add to your water.

Help! She is just 1 weeks old Does neem oil help spider mites and fungus gnats on soil? Should I scrape the scoops of chem?Definitely has thrips and has been through the wringer. Trashed the other four plants I started it with when I bought 9/30. This plant should’ve been harvested by now but I kept stringing it along and causing it problems.
