Looks like aphids mate organic pesticidal soap should get rid of them but dont get anything on the buds at this stage of the game

WTF is that on my friends leaves?Sorry to back to back question but does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it. Buddy found it on 2 of his leaves. i've noticed my plant looks a little smaller and more compact, i was looking to do lst on it but it seems like its kinda small. is this a result of my light being to powerful/too close to the canopy? i'm running 1 qb288 v2 rspec @ 150w / 22-24in away. or is all of this normal!?Week 2

Is my weed rotting?
