What am I doing wrong? Please help beginner baby

I put them outside in the light but today was somewhat ugly so I was scares to leave them outside. I also have a tent with everything but I feel like my 600 watt light is too strong and it’s about 4ft from the plant I think . It’s not close

The reason the stem stretching like this is because of lack of light, your seedling is stretching searching for light. Second, you could be overwatering, seedlings this size only need to be misted every now and again until they build a bigger root system.

I'm pretty new, but they look pretty stretchy already - might need more light.

Hi yes fill the containers and leave about half inch for watering. Not sure if u have a light on them but they do need some light not too much at seedling stage just enough so their not reaching for light. As for temp you want to try to be between 21C and 26C, sorry not good with F. Watering, make sure u let the soil dry out a bit before u water, if u keep the soil constantly wet it will be too much water
