Don't overwater, and go light on nutrients as they can build up easily in soil, and burn your plants. You would rather have to add more than do a flush. Cheers, happy growing!

I am new also, my novice advice would be: put it in dirt and under the lights with nutrients. Cloth smart pots work for me but anything works. We all learn as we go.

My plants are mostly indica and they're all +-30cm big now... My room is 2m, so with lights and stuff on the ceiling and proper distance to the lights they may reach up to 90cm... My question is: when should i switch to 12/12, so they reach their 90cm limit after stretch?

The water in my reservoir stinks awfully bad by the time it's ready to be changed. Its overwhelming really. I am using a bacillus innoculant (hydroguard) with every reservoir change. Is there something I can do to stop the stench without hurting my plants?

My stem is weak but hollow and healthy. I have stretch but i had to raise the panel due to light stress so can't be due to to lights. I have two fans one on the floor and one clipped to pole near top always on so im not sure what could cause the stretch and weak stem?

Is our setup alright?First day with the new measuring tools. Have been just Ph balancing the water to 6ish and keeping the lights on 3pm to 11pm just because that worked well with our schedules to monitor it but that doesn't really matter anymore. Using Fox Farms Ocean Forest potting spoil.

Purple buds? Any real way to encourage darker purples? Purple Trainwreck strain How do you really enhance purple buds/anthocyanin development during the last week of flower? Plant has the genetics and has one bud showing purple, others have a few calyx’s here and there that are tinted pinkish/purple... my plan is to chop her in about 7 days. Help?
