That does appear to be a stigma/pistil.. this is presumably an autoflower.. it’s not uncommon 3 weeks in like this. Sure it’s early but not uncommon.
If it’s a photoperiod that’s unusual

Light issue. Day 24 of flower, lights went out. Will I face issues? Help one plant leave turning purple and I dont know why...One of the plant leaves are turning dark purple (compare to the other plant with the same strain). This one is a bit different because I added molasses (molasses did make more crystal; will compare result next week jornal update) while the other is without molasses. Check pictWeek 11
