No-till companion planting

no till is hard ! companion plants are great, but honestly most people dont use them correctly, you want to start the process MONTHS before you actually plant your cannabis, that's because companion plants, most of them are for giving nutrients to the soil right? so how do you do this? first you grow the companion plants, then you smush them and kill them, then wait until they decompose a bit, then plant your cannabis... or you can grow like a normal person and shave off quite a few weeks of preparation. check out RQS, they have all the companion plants i use.
