i would go with mars hydro sp3000. would cover great in flowering in that space and has amazing results for 300 w at the socket. extra reds for flowering cycle and also dimmers and a movable power pack if heat needs removing from small space. i run one and love it. does a great job of making tight hard buds.

Dont be scared to look at maxsisun, i bought one and its one of my best lights. I have a mars 3000, a spider farmer 2000 and a maxsisun 2000. I found it to be really good quality thick steel, and came with the best hardware for hanging.
