Seedling isn't looking good

My seedling is still doing pretty shitty. In fact I think its getting worse. I thought to do a foliar spray to maybe help but that just put spots on the leaves. I put 1ml hydroguard, 1ml flora micro, and 1ml flora gro thinking It would be better than just plain distilled.

This is how my wwa started out and after a while it got better but has returned to this start sadly, it sounds like your trying alot of stuff with your nutes cut the nutes entirely for a week and maybe even do a small flush and see how the plant reacts if it gets better it was over nutted for sure if it doesnt it may need more but in soil at the seedling stage that doesnt seem likely. Mutant plant early vegAnyone any advice on what to do what my gorilla zkittles pheno? She looks a bit mutated. Structure question: worth growing out?PSA: don't interfere with leggy seedlings. You'll only do more harm than good.
I tampered with these as I would leggy tomatoes. The stems have broken surface end of week 4 and I'm worried they're not going to hold any late weight..
