Hours of sunlight

Hey guys, I have one week old photoperiodic seedlings, I’m growing outdoors, I went to the growshop today and the guy said the sunlight at this month is not enough and that I should by a lamp to compensate the hours needed indoors, but I’m getting between 10-12 h of sun now

The sunlight is totally okay for you, even less sunlight is fine. You know it's a plant, sometimes they grow many years so they get all kinds of sunlight hours. Just take care of them and you will see how huge they are at the end of summer, no problem. What i think is that sellers will always try to sell something, of course using a light outdoors is quite advanced and not necessary at all. Hope this helps ! 🚀

The sunlight is ok but the guy was right you want to get about 18 hours of light for photoperiods while they're in the vegetative stage, now the 10-12 hours of sunlight will be perfect for the flowering stage.

I have always grown photoperiodics outdoors and I’ve always done three cycles: first plants planted in late March, the second in mid-April and the lasts in early May and they always grew very well. Don't trust the growshop guy, this is the best time to plant outdoors, they don't need extra light if they can get sun all day and portugal has a fantastic weather (very similar to mine).
Until the days begin to shorten your plants will continue to grow, so don't worry.

Do you think he only wanted to sell me a light? Or I really needed it, because for me it doesn’t make any sense, the plants are getting a good amount of sunlight, and I grew the same time last year and it went well, im from Portugal btw

Possibly watering too often? First time grower needing helpHey growers I have sad news one of my girls are drooping like crazy. After adding perlite to soil to improve the drainage this happened and I am confused. Everywhere I read says over watering but soil it dry on the top couple inches. Maybe watering too often? Please help

Cotton looking stuff on soilHey, so i just popped 2 auto berry ryder and 2 auto lemon in organic coco a little over 24 hours ago with humidity domes to germinate. When i just looked a min ago i seen what looks like white cotton on top if the spot thats wet on all 4. Is it something to worry about?

To my outdoor growing gurus.. How do I schedule a regular nute feed????doing an outdoor grow and dealing with a consistent rain schedule every couple of days. Can i supplement a feed and give more water (think that's a bad idea), or do I wait until the girls are thirsty again to give nutes? Possible too much rain stunting growth?

What is wrong with my plants? Buds look a bit off - nute burned 1 (2 others were not that affected) - can i defoliate since they are packed? (Autoflowers)First grow. Had many troubles along the way. Stretched seedling stage on 2 of them and discarded the third (planted a new strain after that, so 1 is 1-2 weeks behind the others). Now in flowering, the buds look weird? Any tips or advice is appreciated. Semi flushed them yesterday

Auto/fems flowering a month apart. Glad the second one did, but how to harvest both at optimal times w limited space and resources?
