Suggestions for a new grow room?

I'm in early stages of planning a new grow room. I have two 2x4x5 tents in my garage and have applied for an AMCPR license. My plan is to build an 80 - 100sqft room in the garage. I am looking for suggestions of things to do, or avoid, or a helpful website with good info.

Serious question about humidity and killing a plant2nd grow

Now the serious question should I kill one plant to make the others feel better and avoid mold later in flowering.

Is It Safe to Direct Humidifier Mist Above Grow Light in Tent Setup?I want to place my AC Infinity humidifier outside my grow tent and direct the mist through a pipe into the top of the tent, as shown in this diagram.
