When to start lst

Hello, my father banana auto is about 2 weeks old. I have a very small grow box and was wondering when I can start to lst? Attached some photos.

I usually start when there are at least 3 nodes, those look to be the perfect size for training

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.

Accidently topped my autoflower, we it survive/rebound?Day 24 in my first ever grow. Mephisto northern cheese haze auto. Did a round of LST/Tucking last night, woke up to a fully broken off top growth of the main stem, effectively topping it(?). Is there anything I can/should do? When stop LST?First time grower here. Have been doing LST, and it seems to work well. I've just spotted pistols, so she is starting to flower now. So my question is, should I stop LST?
