no! definitely not......!!! topping only after 3 nodes that means let it grow 4 or 5 nodes... then top above the 3rd

Topping techinque: 4 main colas I'm approaching topping for the first time. The aim is to get 4 main colas, without FIM. The intention is to cut at the 3rd node (cut C) in order to develop the branches of nodes 2 and 3 as main ones. Does this make sense? Has anyone already had any experience with this?

Topping When should I start my 1st topping? I have 2 plants both have 5 nodes with the next set of leaves growing. I was thinking of waiting until the stem grows to about 1cm and then cut 0.5cm above the 5th node. This is my 1st time growing please help.

Can I clone and mainline that bit I topped?Hi guys, if I top my Amnesia, I mean, literally top them, Like straight cut at the 4th node, maybe? and leave the other 3/4 node above.. Have a 50x50x100cm tent with mh ts600 4'blk orchid fan, think im gonna run it well with scrog and plenty of fim/top bt i have a 70cm 4 wk flowering auto outside can i put this in with light 30cm above and run it for flower in tent now? Or chop half way and run it as say test ru?
