topping only after 3 nodes that means let it grow 4 or 5 nodes... then top above the 3rd

Is it bad to top an autoflower at this stage?I accidentally broke off the top of the plant while attempting to low stress train and now it came like this, kinda like topping.. is it bad to stress the plant this much since it's an auto on week 5?
