At what point should I cease Foliar Feeding or applying water via spray bottle. I am currently in week nine ad the description of this strain says it should be ready for harvest between weeks 8-10.
Approximately 20% of the pistils have turned orange as of today.

Hi.
You stop foliar feeding after the first 2 weeks into flower, definitely do not foliar after that point as you don't want your bud sites getting wet, you can cause mold and other nasty things moistening the buds. You want at least 80% of the pistils to turn before you can even consider it to be ready/mature. Trichomes are the best way to tell how 'ready' she is. Hope this helps.

I would advice against all kind of foliar feed once the buds have starting forming, as to avoid water on the flowers and the risk of bud rot.
In short, stop now.
