If by oversaturation you means overwatering then it's could be the issue her , the droopy leaves are not a sign of under watering here ( I can see the soil is wet around the roots zone ) , the edges of the leaves makes me think about a lack of humidity as 55% is not really enough for that stage , prefer 70%.
I've done that kind of feeding , crushing a stick to feed the plant , my sticks was 4-4-6 + mg and half a stick crushed and mixed with the soil never burnt anything or created any issue with my grow so I can't garentee but I would not say it's related issue.
The others symptoms are caused by the water saturation that is creating a lockout so the plant can't have acces to nutrients.
You could transplant into a pot with fresh but dry soil but you'll still stransplant with the soil around your roots zone so a moist soil , you could wait until the soil is dry to water again , the thing is that if the roots have been hitten then you'll have to wait for them to recover & thrive again to see your plant changing colours and start growing regulary again
