Are they done ?

The first six look like they may be ready, but it also looks like those are mostly sugar leaves, which mature faster than buds and are a poor indicator for ripeness. If the trichomes on the buds look like that, then you could harvest. BTW, lot of trichome damage, consider not pinching your buds although I know it's tempting and makes your fingers smell better than they did on prom night... The second set look very immature, probably 3 or 4 weeks to go there.

I see alot of clear trichomes, wait until they are all MIlky,,,,, Plant looks fine but i think she can do more for you
