Is the yellowing caused by too much light and heat or is it just too much water.

It can be. If you have multiple lights that can be height-adjusted... Do a trial and error... Put one up higher... And leave one as is... Leave a seedling under the lower and see if the burn stays compared to the others under the higher light. if it's a single frame light...slant it. You'lll get your answer then. I know this isn't a straight answer but least you can deduce the possibilities with this process. If it's light the you know it's neuts! Good luck!

It's been growing in bio bizz light mix but the temperature has spiked up to 30°c a fiew days ago.

Also, it’s an autoflower, so you should be careful with the soil you start in, you don’t want too much nutes in there (too “hot” a soil). Autos usually need much less nutrients than reg photo period cannabis plants.

Maybe the soil is too hot? I guess you could be burning them with light if they were right up on the plant but it looks like you’re running a blurple LED and can’t imagine that is hurting it, and unless it’s scorching hot in there I wouldn’t think that’s the culprit either.
