No, plain water is best. Chlorine free if you have it, if not, just let a bucket of water stand for 24 hours and all the chlorine will evaporate. Hope this helps,........ Organoman.

3/6 seeds not coming above ground After two weeks of having seen sprouts coming out of all 6 seeds between paper towels, I've only seen 3 come above ground. Is growth normally this slow for seedlings? Any advice appreciated.These 3 seeds (of 12) germinated March 19-21; I transferred them to coco coir/perlite soil under 40W full-spectrum grow lights I also use for garden vegetable seedlings. Lights are on 16 hours; off 8 hours, and the seedlings have barely grown in the last 10 days. Is this normal?
