Fuzzy mold seedlings I’ve been getting the white fuzzy mold on my freshly popped seedlings after I put the in new HP pro mix/earth worm casings soil. I use a little rooting powder but other than that nothing else. I plan to pre spray next time with neem oil. Will this help with the mold/damping off?

3/6 seeds not coming above ground After two weeks of having seen sprouts coming out of all 6 seeds between paper towels, I've only seen 3 come above ground. Paper Towel dried up on me Like an idiot I let the paper towel dry up while I was asleep, I'd say maximum 4/5 hours, as soon as I woke up I checked it and added more water but are my seedlings fucked anyway? They all seem to have opend slightly but yet to show their tap root. Thanks
