Regarding Fimming?

First time FIM for my baby but I’m not sure if I did it right ... There is a very tiny grow in the middle that I noticed today - the two picture are 30 hours apart - did I get it right or did I FFIM lol :p ? Also the plant is still pretty short - should I start LST?

How grow "mini" plants max 30-40cm high?Hi! Because my tent is too small, I need grow my plants to be as small as possible. My ideal high is 30-40 cm max. What is the best way to achieve this? Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.

When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted?
