Putting autos outside for a few hours a day?

I moved my grow tent from my shed to my bedroom due to heat issues and it's next to my window that gets 6+ Hours of direct light a day where my tomatoes, chilis, etc do very well. I'm wondering how successful (or not) to let them get about 4 hours of sun a day then put it back

Those 4 hours are direct light? If no better leave em inside the box. Window light could led to a base Stretch if isn't enough.

This is my 1st grow so I didn’t do too much besides LST. No topping, no fimming etc.
Is it safe to remove the popcorn buds from the bottom and some small branches that don t reach light? Will this hurt her?

During this crucial switch between veg to flowering, plants are unhappy about the $2000 stim check. Must appease them, pls helpSwitched to 12-12 and damn... that preflowering stretch is no joke.
