Multiple trimmings

I agree with brave every healthy leaf you remove is taking energy away from the plant and she will not grow as quick as she could have with it. only time to seriously do it is when doing hst training or in late flower when leafs are blocking bud sites even then its much easier to move a leaf or tuck it under the net than it is to put uneeded stress on your lady and also she could use that leaf for more energy to make your buds that much bigger in flower :) Its a no brainer really just be patient and watch her go :)

I was thinking about topping but a little nervous. When would you recommend that? And where should I cut?
