Is it time for LST?

Do you think I should start LST for ALH girls or wait a while? Friends who do the same Grow usually continue by doing LST on the 3rd and 5th weeks. I would be glad if you examine the photos below and enlighten me on this subject.

I would wait till your main thickens up just a little. You can raise your light a couple inches to promote a little stretching. In my experience in you don’t let them stretch out a little before starting training they will not get as big as they could. 6-8 inches is a good start height because everyone’s plants grow at different speeds according to light, nutrients, etc. hope this helps and happy growing!!!
