Hi mate, I assume you are asking when to start LST. I personally would wait a little longer before adding stress to your plant. I would wait till at least the 4th node has emerged. It gives the plant time to mature before attempting any training. Good luck and happy growing

Now I’m wondering, when is the right time to remove them? I assume it’s when the stem starts getting too thick for the clip, but I’d love to hear your advice!

Topping for scrog I'm putting 3 plants into scrog net. Would it be best to keep these topped to produce 4 mains so I can spread them evenly sideways as opposed to the way I normally top for 8 mains? In a 4×4 tent.
