When start using LST

Hey mate ; you could start it as soon as it reaches 4 to 5inches in height and the main stem is still soft. Do not wait longer as they tend to get harder once they enter vegitative stage from seedling. Also if you notice that the main stem is too soft at 5 inches ;just tie a support at the bottom of main stem in opposite direction of your preferred LST to give it supoort and strength.

What are u looking to do with the plant? Tie it over? If so ur lady is ready for something like that. All depend on what technique your doing. For suitable start time.

After you have your 5th node is when training or topping is suggested. This gives them time to build that strong root structure to deal with the stresses that can come along with training! Cheers and happy growing! 👊

Did I FIM and train correctly enough?hoping my plant looks like she's supposed to. She is an autoflower, and I did a lot of stressful training. FIM, LST, and defoliation. I wont be training her from here on, I don't want to add more stress. last grow with same seed started showing bananas 2 weeks before harvest.
