Should I Train?

This is my first time growing an auto flowering strain. I’ve heard mixed opinions about training them. My question is are there any truly beneficial training techniques for auto flowering strains?

LST is all I would do to an auto. Less stress bigger plant. Autos only have so long to grow so I dont like to slow. Cheers

LST only as it will stunt its growth because they grow for a limited time only. (Less time repairing more time producing)

You can train autos, but don’t use any high stress technique. Use only LST and you can really improve your yields.

Continue tie-down or start using a scrog netSince it seems like I can do LST for quite a while longer, and I do technically have a scrog net lying around;Would you guys continue with the tie-down method, or position a scrog net 5-10 cm over the current canopy and guide the plant through the net? Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right?
I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks4y ago

LST Question for next grow!Hey guys do you think that this much lst is needed for an autoflower?
It has 20+ tops and some more lower ones that I defoliated for the light to reach.
Just asking for next grows,does it really up the yield if you have more tops or I could have the same yields with 10 tops max.Week 9
