This is my first time growing an auto flowering strain. I’ve heard mixed opinions about training them. My question is are there any truly beneficial training techniques for auto flowering strains?

LST is all I would do to an auto. Less stress bigger plant. Autos only have so long to grow so I dont like to slow. Cheers

LST only as it will stunt its growth because they grow for a limited time only. (Less time repairing more time producing)

You can train autos, but don’t use any high stress technique. Use only LST and you can really improve your yields.

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First Grow My plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone? They have grown in a weird pattern because of my LST attempts (see pic).
