Hi! Well, yes you could, it depends on the type of training you want to do! An HST would be very drastic, so only if it's photoperiod; if it's auto, you could start with some light LST. Anyway, I recommend feeding her a bit because she looks a little pale, and in about a week, start tying her down :) Happy growing!

Personally, I would say "no". Generally I let them establish a good root system first, before introducing any stress into their lives and think training is best left until they have 5-8 nodes first.

Even though low-Stress Training is Best Early, for this plant it is still too early, begin training when the plant has about 6 leaf clusters, you can gradually guide it to have a wide, open structure with many colas as it matures.

3 NL Autos from ILGM all started at same time, but plant 2 received no training: did training DELAY or STUNT plants 1 Plant 1 has healthiest foliage but smallest buds.
