So i have a girl scout cookies auto going well it started flowering around 2 weeks ago and now I've noticed some orange pistils that have appeared on the stem - is this normal?

Everyday defoliation. Is this correct?i'm making a scrog with 4 royal gorilla q they were topped twice. Usually I take 3 to 4 fan leaves from each plant a day, cut with scissors to prevent them from shading budsites. I do this every day.
