Can i defoliate some of the bigger fan leaves on an auto in veg? They are stopping lower branches from reaching up

Hello! You shouldnt be doing that, will most likely stunt her since she grows by catching sun Light. Better do some lst!

I’ve read and researched but wanted to get the consensus of the community. I recently switched my lights to 24hrs. My plants are photo period sprouts. Is 24 hrs too much for the first 5 weeks or should I go back to 18/6? After week 5 I plan to flip it to 12/12 for flowers.

My calendar says these should be done on 9/10/2019 (in 4 days). Do they look like they're ready to harvest, or will they need more than 4 days? It may help to add that I am color blind, so seeing the amber colors of the trichomes is very difficult for me. Any help would be great!
