I have topped and fimed and I have done heavy defoliation,and what I found was if the genetics are good the plants had no problem with anything I did to them. I also used Dynomyco mycorrhizae and miicrobialmass beneficial bacteria and i also foliar sprayed em1 microbes and optic foliar overgrow to help with any stress caused by any stressful training and or transplanting I do to them.

Yellowing leaves after first Mainline top. Light stress?Just checking in here, I am pretty sure this is light stress. it was at 18" (specs say 18-24" during veg) and she was likely pretty stressed after having her top cut off!!!

Is it a problem if one main cola is longer then the other?Did my first topping/mainlining.
Right cola is longer then the left one, is it a problem or will they even out?
For now Im trying to break any apical dominance by holding the longer cola below the shorter one.

Did I wait too long to top?I just topped, main-lined, and defoliated. The stem is about the thickness of a pencil, and the nodes are very tightly packed.
The reason I waited so long to top was because I wanted to clone the cuttings and give them to a friend.
